How does remote work work at Typedream?
- We'll mostly be communicating via Slack
- There's a stand up meeting Tue - Fri at 9am or 10am WIB (7pm Pacific Time)
- 9 or 10 am, which is it? The US has this thing called "Daylight Savings" where timezone shifted 1 hour twice a year, which means 7pm Pacific Time is sometimes 9am or 10am in WIB.
- Google "7pm Pacific Time to Jakarta Time to check"
- Since we're on different timezones, the best time to communicate with your team members would be after the stand up meeting. Feel free to leave chats at anytime of the day
- You'll also have a 1-on-1 meeting with your manager once every week

You should contact your manager for most inquiries! But you can always talk to the rest of the team:
