- From here, we'll communicate these feature updates and improvements to our customers in the following ways:
- Social media (Twitter & LinkedIn)

- Monthly product update email
New templates
- The UIUX Design team will add new templates to our Templates page.
- From here, we'll promote these templates to our customers in the following ways:
- Upload it to the Typedream editor (onboarding flow & on new page)
- Break it down to Section Templates and upload it to the Typedream editor
- Social media (Twitter & LinkedIn)

- To answer the customer service questions, there are a few things you need to do:
- Familiarize yourself with the Typedream editor (play around with build.typedream.com). You can do this by doing the following:
- Try building a website in Typedream (either from scratch, from a template, or by typing /section template)
- Go through our Basic Documentation
- See how others respond to the customer service questions and add the frequently asked questions to our FAQ (underneath Pricing)
